Student Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Student Volunteer, you’ll assist with a variety of activities, including:
- Acting as educational session room moderators.
- Introducing conference speakers.
- Assisting attendees with venue navigation.
- Facilitating photography and recording of educational sessions (camera equipment provided).
- Helping with event set-up and tear-down.
- Supporting attendee check-in.
- Assisting with other event activities as requested.
We value the contributions of our volunteers and provide the following:

- Recognition: Receive a verbal "Thank You" during the event to highlight your contributions.

To be eligible, students must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university within the United States.
- Be available to attend both days of the summit.
- Complete a 1-page written summary after the event detailing five new things they learned. (This will be featured in the event blog as a shared learning resource.)
